Obituary for Charlotte Ann Pauly Pauly, Charlotte Longtime resident of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2018 at age 98. Charlotte was born June 26, 1920 on the family farm. She was the 3rd of 6 children.
Charlotte worked hard all her life starting at a young age, which she continued to do until she was 83. Charlotte lived in Eden Prairie for many years where she raised 4 children. She moved to Chanhassen where she lived for 15 years.
It was a house where her children and grandchildren loved to visit. After retiring at 83 she moved to Summerwood of Chanhassen, where she lived for 13 1/2 years. She made many friends and volunteered for many activities.
She was a charter member of the Chanhassen Auxiliary for 66 years. She was also a member of St. Hubert Catholic Church for most of her life. Charlotte loved cooking, gardening, playing cards, bingo, going out to dinner, and most of all being with her family.
Preceded in death by parents, Emil & Elizabeth Pauly; sister, Rosemary Mingo Pauly; brothers, Kenneth, Donald and Harry Pauly; granddaughter, Melissa Char Roeser; sister-in-laws, Gloria H. Pauly & Gloria O. Pauly; nephews, Robert, Donald and Earl Pauly. She is survived by her children, Gerald Roeser, Thomas Roeser (Anita), Kathleen Griffiths (Kenneth), Carol Dean; Brother, Roger Pauly (Sidney); 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, Dec.
1 at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 8201 Main Street, Chanhassen (952-934-9106) with a visitation starting at 10:00 AM. Interment at St. Hubert Catholic Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association.
