Obituary for Norman Skaret Norman Conrad Skaret, Mound MN, 85, November 2, 1932 – September 17, 2018 Norm passed away Monday morning having lived a full life as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. His greatest joys were with his family, but was also passionate about golf, fishing, hunting, and the community of Mound, surrounding Lake Minnetonka, where he met and married the love of his life and raised his family. Norm and Patty shared a deep faith and passed that on through how they lived.

Preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Patty Skaret. He is survived by his daughter Kristin Zimmerman (Lowell) and their daughters Esti and Kari; son Jeffrey Skaret and children Christian and Cali; John Skaret (Amanda) and their children Anna, Jack, Adam, and Julia; and Paul (Cricket) and their children Sam, Nick, Charlie and Meg; his sister Irene Dodds; and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the caregivers at St. Croix Hospice and Haven Homes of Maple Plain.

Memorials to the family preferred. Services Thursday, September 20th, 11am at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 2451 Fairview Lane, Mound, MN. Visitation one hour prior.
