Valerie’s Obituary 19 Feb 1947 – 12 March, 2019 Born and raised in Plains, Montana Valerie, Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother, passed away peacefully at Haven Hospice in Orange Park. She touched the lives of many young men and women over the last 30 years and called them all “Her Kids”. She is survived by her Husband, Vincent Elston of Middleburg, Brothers Dan Bates, Rob Bates, Sister, Delores Tompkins, Son Allan Black, Daughter, Andrea White, Granddaughter Stephanie Renee, and Grandsons, Bradyn and Brandyn White and Marlin Black.

Valerie was involved with Jobs Daughters, and Women of the Moose. She spent the last 10 years of her life working with her granddaughter on her music career. She will be missed, but will carry on in the hearts of all she came into contact with.

She is now with the Lord Jesus and all her friends that have passed.
