OBITUARY Velma Bell Mahaffey November 22, 1929 – July 19, 2018 Velma Bell (Lang) Mahaffey, 88, formerly of Raytown, Missouri passed away on July 19, 2018 at Villa St. Francis in Olathe, Kansas. Velma was born on November 22, 1929 in Fairmont, Oklahoma to John & Anna Lang. She worked as a Beautician.

Velma was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 64 years, Clarence Mahaffey. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Mahaffey, Carrie (Tim) Blackmon, and Carol (Ed) Postlewait, her grandchildren Scot Postlewait and Rebekah Blackmon and her great-granddaughter Rylah Blackmon.
