Vernon’s Obituary Vernon Lee Parker 78 of Diller NE. Born May 21st, 1940 passed away March 9th, 2019 at Beatrice Community Hospital. Born to Lee and Dora Mae Parker in Featherstone, OK.

After an adventurous life he and his family settled in the Diller area 35 years ago. Preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters. Survived by his wife Jan and children Cherryl Compton of Waco, Tx Larry(Cheri) of Jansen, Donna(Bill) Robb of Overton, Gayla(Bruan) Mellen of Elmwood, Sandy(Jeff)Barnts of Diller and Micki(Troy) Krieger, 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sister Sue(Bill)LaVarnway of Canadian Shores, OK, brother Terry Parker of Wagner, Ok and many nieces and nephews.

Family will greet friends on Thursday March 14th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Gerdes Meyer Chapel in Fairbury, NE. Memorial Service Friday 11 am at Gerdes Meyer Chapel. Cremation has taken place, burial will take place at a later date.
