Vicki L. Schumacher, 64, of Oshkosh, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, February 10, 2019, at her residence surrounded by family. She was born on October 16, 1954, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Arthur and Edna Bohn Heiman. Vicki was a graduate of Winnebago Lutheran Academy, Class of 1972.

On October 13, 1973, she married Gary L. Schumacher at St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. Vicki was a member of St. Paul’s Ev.

Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac. She worked for Northwestern Mutual Insurance from 1978-2015. Vicki and Gary owned and operated Lakeshore Mart, in Van Dyne, from 2000-2018.

Vicki loved golfing, bowling, camping and boating. Above all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. Her favorite thing was walking on any beach with her husband Gary.

She is survived by her husband, Gary L. Schumacher of Oshkosh, her two daughters: Rebecca (Matthew) Bilitz of New Berlin and Tanya (Robert) Wilkens of Malone; five grandchildren: Noah, Caleb, Kylie, Reese and Nadya; her brothers: Gary (Karen) Heiman of Wisconsin Rapids and Gregg (Kathy) Heiman of Fond du Lac; her sister: Debbie (Rev. James) Gorsegner of Reese, MI; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and her many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, February 15, 2019, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 1010 Adams Street, North Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. at St. Paul’s Ev.

Lutheran Church, with Rev. Thomas Behnke and Rev. Michael Kampman officiating.
