Vicki R. Hellenthal, age 70, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Graveside funeral services conducted by Pastor Rusty K. Jenkins will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery, 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park. Vicki was born on February 19, 1948 in Berlin, Germany to Harry C. and Ruth M. Rogers.

She married David Leslie Hellenthal in 1964 and they shared 17 treasured years of marriage before his passing in 1981. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a son, Brian Hellenthal, and 3 brothers: Stephen, Theodore, and Harry Rogers. She is survived by 3 children: Janette Jenkins (Scott), Karl Hellenthal (Grace), and Adam Hellenthal (Peggy); 2 sisters: Diane Rogers and Anita Hinka; and 6 grandchildren.

Mrs. Hellenthal owned and operated Hellenthal Family Restaurant in Jacksonville, FL for many years. She was also an avid Bingo player. Above all, she loved her family and many friends, especially those at Florida Christian Community where she resided.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
