Obituary for Victor Luis Figueroa Victor Luis Figueroa, 83, of Waukegan, passed away on April 24, 2018. Victor was born on March 24, 1935 to Lucia and Victor Meliton Figueroa in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Victor was a outgoing, friendly and hard working man.

He adored his family and friends and was the life of the party. Victor was an avid Bingo and pool player, where ever there was Bingo there he was. Left to honor and cherish his legacy are his children, Victoria (Jose), Hector, Patricia “Diane” (Wilfredo), MariLu (Raymond), Gloria, Elsie (Angel), Juany (Juan), Lenny, Louis, Lance; 18 grand children, and 18 great grand children; his beloved sisters Sara (Victor) and Ana (Santos).

Victor is preceded in death by both parents, his sister Maria, aunts and uncles. His visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 4:00pm – 8:30pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington St. Waukegan, IL 60085. For more information please call, (847) 623-3730.
