He grew up in Sulphur where he attended school. Victor had worked in the Oil Fields. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Kathy Wood.

Survived by his Daughters & sons-in-law: Crystal Brinson & Doug, of Sulphur, OK Christina Waites & Brett, of Georgia Victoria Curtis & Matthew, of New Jersey Son: Shane Beelsey, of Sulphur, OK 2 Sisters: Donna Harness & James, of Sulphur, OK; Laura Pate, of Sulphur, OK 2 Brothers: Vinson Beesley, of Tulsa, OK Keith Beesley, of Sulphur, OK 10 Grandchildren Pallbearers will be Brian Lancaster, Kenny Beaty, Everett Berryhill, Blue Beesley, Josh Norton, and Joe Norton. Services will be held Thursday May 31, 2018 at 1:00PM at the Memorial Free Will Baptist Church officiated by Rev Randy Chapman.
