Vina May Brown-Hall, 77, of Bidwell, Ohio passed away on April 24, 2018. Vina, the loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, was born in Charleston, West Virginia on February 4, 1941 to parents Clyde and Mary Allen, who preceded her in death. She was a former Registered Nurse at Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) in Charleston, West Virginia and office manager at Brown’s Market.

Vina is survived by her husband, James… Read More » (Buck) Hall; son, Joey (Tracy) Brown of Bidwell; daughter, Edie (Dale) Workman of Bidwell; grandchildren, Jon (Christina) Brown of Gallipolis, Mark (Sarah) Brown of Bidwell, Tara Workman of Columbus, Ohio, IT2 (IW/SW) William Boyd Workman of Norfolk, Virginia, and Melissa Workman (Mike) Conkle of Bidwell; great grandchildren, Walter Brown and his sister due in August, Michael Conkle, Mathew Conkle, Myles Conkle, and Mariah Conkle; sister, Barbara “Bobby” Fishbaugh of Marietta, Georgia; step children, Rocky (Rhonda) Hall of Felicity, Ohio, Crystal (John) Hood of Pomeroy, and Judy Hall of Middleport; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a special thank you to caregivers, Hospice, Dee, and Conne.

In addition to her parents, Vina was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Brown. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Meigs Memory Gardens.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2018.
