Obituary for Mrs. Vivian Stancil Stewart Vivian Stewart Liberty, SC Graveside services to honor the life of Mrs. Stewart will be conducted at 12:00 PM Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Liberty Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, prior to the service from 11:00am until 11:45AM at the Liberty Mortuary. Vivian Stancil Stewart, 78, of 105 Cone Drive, widow of John Robert Stewart, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at her residence.

Born in Central she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Florene Owen Stancil. She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith. Mrs. Stewart loved spending time with her family and especially cooking for them.

Surviving are three daughters, Sherry Atwood of the home, Susan Rollins (Donnie) of Liberty, and Rita Parker of Pickens; a son, Allen Stewart of Pickens; two sisters, Ruby Dyar of Cateechee, and Debra Duncan of Pickens; four brothers, Charles Stancil of Cateechee, Kenneth Stancil of Seneca, Sam Stancil of Liberty, and Joey Stancil of Pickens; three grandchildren, Misty Atwood, and Lauren and Dakotah Rollins: also surviving is a great grandchild, Adrian Atwood. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Reed, and a brother, Richard Stancil, and a son in law, Bobby Parker. The family will be at the home.
