Walter Quan September 07, 1928 – February 15, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Walter Quan September 7, 1928 – February 15, 2019 Walter Quan, 90-year-old China-born resident of La Habra, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2019. He was an entrepreneur and restaurant owner, running several businesses, including Kowloon Kitchen in La Habra (1962-1974) and Quan’s Restaurant in Orange (1975-1996). He is survived by his wife, Olivia; sons Vincent (Tina) and Victor (Kathleen) Quan, daughter Martie (Bob) Kawahara; and grandchildren Kenton, Keilani and Morgan Quan and Collin and Quincey Kawahara.

He is also survived by three older sisters and three younger brothers and their families, along with many other relatives in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Japan. The family kindly requests that flowers be omitted. Services will be held on Thursday, Feb.
