Walter Randolph Johnson 67, of Winston –Salem NC passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side on Thursday , January 3, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was a faithful and hard worker for the W-S Journal newspaper, selling newspapers located at the corner of North Point Blvd. He was Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the Marine Corp.

He was a die heard fan of the Carolina Panthers win or lose, and loved cooking and helping others. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Bertha Ann Johnson (Boston) , Two daughters Kishia Johnson of Georgia, Michelle Boston of Winston-Salem, one son Willie lee Boston of Winston-Salem, 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends. A celebration gathering will take place 2:00pm, Saturday January 12, 2019 at his residence at 1383 Holly Court, Winston-Salem NC .
