Obituary for Joseph Mario “Joe” Martorano Print Martorano, Joseph M. age 93 of Hopkins, MN formerly of Chicago, IL and Laguna Woods, CA passed away on February 8, 2019. Joe was WWII Navy Vet, member of the Knights of Columbus and the founder of the Youth Services of Glenview. A loving father, grandfather who will be missed by many throughout the country.

Preceded in death by wife of 54 years, Ginny; brothers, Mike, Lawrence and Henry and sister, Maria. Survived by daughters, Jenny (Kevin) Newton and Mary Nelson; grandchildren, Katie (fiancé, Nick Tollefson) Newton, Maureen (Jason) Hoetger and Sean Newton; great-grandson, Theodore Hoetger and many other friends and relatives throughout the country. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, February 13th 10:30 am at the Church of the Annunciation 509 W. 54th Street Minneapolis, MN.

Visitation one hour prior to mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Thanks to NC Little Hospice where Joe received loving, kind and gentle care in his last few days.
