Phyllis passed away on January 31, 2019 and is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Stella Lehman. her husband Donald, her daughter Judy Johnson and her sisters Teresa Joyce, Marlene Nelson, Ardythe Hilden and Florence Falk.
She is survived by her brother Alfred Paul (Jean) Lehman, her many nieces and nephews who became like her children over the many years and Mary Ann. In addition she is survived by her dear friend, Linda Jones. Special thanks to the HealthPartners Hospice Care Team and the Village Shores LifeSprk staff who provided outstanding care.
Phyllis spent summers at her home on Ottertail Lake and enjoyed lake life with her may friends and family up north. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, February 9th at 10 AM ~ Church of the Annunciation, 509 West 54th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55419. Visitation beginning at 9 AM.
