Wanda Renae Steele Carr, 60, of Rain Place, Kannapolis, NC, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at CHS-Northeast, Concord, NC. She was born, July 30, 1957 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Willie James Steele and the late Ruth Lott Springs. She was educated in the Kannapolis City School System and attended A.L. Brown High School.

She was formerly employed with several Nursing Homes and K&W. Wanda was a member of To God Be the Glory Ministry of Concord, NC. Services will be held Sunday, May 6 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, 923 Indiana Street, Kannapolis, NC.

Visitation will be 2:00 – 3:00 PM, with funeral services at 3:00 PM. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Ann Wilkes and her brother, Jerry Lott.
