Webster’s Obituary Webster “Jojo” Rainey, III was born April 25, 1999 to Webster Rainey, Jr. and Djuana Everidge in New Orleans, LA. He was a sweet, kind, and loving son, nephew, brother and friend. Webster attended Lake Area High School, The Net Charter School, and was set to complete his studies at Delgado Community College.

Though young, he was very ambitious and began working at the age of 13 with the Mayor’s summer youth program, which he continued until he was 17. He was also very inquisitive and often kept to himself as he navigated the world around him. Webster enjoyed playing basketball, video games, watching WWE, eating, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

His passion for photography won him several awards and would have been his focus of study along with video editing as he furthered his education. He was looking forward to a new chapter in his life and was excited for new opportunities. Webster was a victim of gun violence and departed this world early Thursday morning on February 7, 2019, due to complications from his injuries.

He leaves behind his family who continues to miss him every day. His loved ones include his father Webster Rainey, Jr., mother Djuana Everidge, brother Jamy’ron Everidge, sisters: Laquanda, Byrioel, Shan’t-ira, and Angel; aunts: Angela, Trinette, and Valerie; uncles: Alexander, Artamus, Ahmad, Adrell, and a host of other family and friends. Family and friend are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Sat.

, February 16, 2019 for 10:00 a.m. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy. , New Orleans, LA 70126. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Rev.

Creal James, officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Memorial Park, Metairie, LA.
