Wendy M. Kozy age 59 of Griffith, passed away on Friday July 27, 2018. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Michael; daughter Rhiannon; mother Beverly Perko; sister Patti Perko; brother Wally (Michele) Perko; nieces Jaide Perko, Jules Perko, Olivia Kozy and Lauren Kozy; nephew Denham Kozy; brother-in-laws Steve (Diann) Kozy, and Mark (Sheryl) Kozy. Wendy was preceded in death by her father Wally Perko.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 1, 2018 at 10:00am Directly at St. Mary Catholic Church located at 525 N. Broad St. in Griffith with Fr. Theodore Mens celebrating. Burial will follow at St. John- St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Hammond.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday July 31, 2018 from 2-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith. Wendy was retired from Walgreens after 39 years.
