Obituary for Wilfredo Rodrguez Wilfredo Rodriguez, 57, of Tampa, FL, went to be with the Lord on June 11, 2018. He was the son of Maria E. Valentin and the late Julio Rodriguez. Wilfredo served in the Municipal Police in Carolina, Puerto Rico before coming to the United States.

He was a devoted Christian and member of Iglesia Taller del Maestro in Lutz, Florida. However, his true joy in life was helping people and being with his family. Wilfredo is survived by his loving wife, Gladys Rodriguez; son, Wilfred I. Rodriguez; brothers, Pablo “Tony” Rodriguez and wife Tata, and Julio “Willie” Rodriguez and wife Abigail; as well as a host of other family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at Sunset Funeral Home and Memory Gardens, 11005 N. US Hwy 301, Thonotosassa FL 33592 on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 3pm. There will be a viewing prior at Sunset Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon between 4-5pm. Flowers or Donations can be made in Wilfredo’s memory to the Diabetes Association donations.
