William’s Obituary William A. Zimnock, Sr., 93, of Norristown, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Valentina (Sokoreva) Zimnock and son of the late Steven and Matilda (Bates) Zimnock. Mr. Zimnock proudly served in the United States Navy and worked as a railroad engineer until his retirement.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Lisa Greiner, of West Chester; and son, William Zimnock, of Glenolden. He enjoyed spending as much time as possible with his two grandchildren, Priscilla McKannan-Prosock and Austin Greiner. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his daughter, Betty Ann Tredice, and two sons, William Zimnock, Jr. and Richard M. Zimnock.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
