William “Bill” A. Blake of Barberton, was welcomed into the arms of his Savior on November 16, 2018. Born in West Virginia, Bill moved to Ohio in his youth and retired from Babcock and Wilcox. An avid lover of nature, he spent his retirement years with peanuts in his pockets for “his” birds and squirrels that visited him every day.

Bill was entirely devoted to his family and spent his life caring for others. Preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Doyle Blake, and brother Richard Blake. He leaves behind his loving wife of 48 years, Clara, daughters, Stacy Boles (Joe) and Shelly White, his grandchildren, Noah White and Joey Boles, and his brother, Bob Blake (Joyce), and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was a faithful servant of the Lord and was dedicated to helping those in need. A true reflection of Christ, he will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Per his request, cremation has already taken place.

The family appreciates continued prayers. “Go Rest High on that Mountain” until we see you again.
