Obituary William Boyd “Bill” Jones, 71, of Vinton, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at his residence. Born on July 19, 1947 in West Virginia, Bill was the son of the late Boyd Jones and Helen McKinney Haskett. Bill retired from the Gallia County Highway Department.

He loved coon hunting, horses, hunting, fishing, and his grandkids. Bill also enjoyed working on the farm.
