William “Bill” Eugene Starkey Jr., 61 of West Milford, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born March 8, 1957 in Clarksburg, WV; the son of the late Senior William Eugene and Anne Ruth Ayers Starkey. Bill is survived by his six children, Brandon (Erin) Peck or West Milford, Marissa (Lenny) Bruce of West Milford, Danielle (Mason) Lake of Clarksburg, Sarah Starkey of Clarksburg, Jesse Starkey of Glenville, Makayla Starkey and Adrian Fornash of Sardis; Kevin Webb of Good Hope; one sister, Brenda (Jamshid) Hafshejani of NC; one brother, Jeff (Connie) Starkey of VA; and several grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Sheryl Lynne (Peck) Starkey, whom he married on September 5, 1981; one son, Ethan Adam Starkey; one sister, Ginger Satterfield; and his cousin and best friend Donnie Starkey. Bill was a hardworking man and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 4:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 8:00 pm with Reverend James Harris officiating.
