William “Bill” Alan Hansen, 62, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Mercy Hospice. Family committal services will be at Fountain Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Coralville Public Library or Iowa City Hospice, c/o PO Box 167, Iowa City, IA 52240 Bill was born June 25, 1956 in Iowa City, the son of Chesley and LaVerne (Fountain) Hansen.

He graduated from City High School in 1975 and worked at the Coralville Lenoch and Cilek for most of his life.
