Bill is joining his father, Richard E Fiscus; and sister, Laura Elaine Hart. He is survived by his mother, Rose M Fiscus; four siblings, Garry R Fiscus, Jerry K Fiscus, Stephen L Fiscus & Richard M Fiscus; and many Nieces & Nephews.
