William “Bud” Luther Hunt, 84, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Bud was born on September 12, 1934 to Leon and Ruby Hunt in Corning, Arkansas. On January 3, 2004, he married Dortha Gleghorn in Harrison, Arkansas.

He was a member of the Church of Christ in Siloam Springs. He is survived by his wife, Dortha of the home; 2 stepsons, Jim Hazlewood of Tuscon, AZ and Joe Hazlewood of Sacramento, CA; a daughter, Vicki Keith of Siloam Springs, AR; a stepdaughter, Rhonda Houchin of Silver City, NM; 2 sisters, Nelda Bettis of Ponca, AR and Frances Walter and husband, Leroy of Neelyville, MO; 9 Grandchildren; 18 Great-Grandchildren; and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild. Bud is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Ruby Hunt and 1 son, Kenneth L. Hunt.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 1:00pm at the Eastgate Church of Christ in Siloam Springs, AR. Minister Carl Dye will officiate the service. The cremation arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
