Obituary for William C. “Bill” Moser William “Bill” Moser, 83 of Solomon passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019. He was born August 27, 1935 in Solomon, the son of Ray and Mary (Trego) Moser. Bill grew up in the Solomon area and attended the local schools.

On December 22, 1977 he was united to Lois Oesterhaus. She survives of the home. Bill worked at Morrison’s Salvage Department and later became a truck driver.

He worked 16 years as the City Manager of Solomon and 11 years as the cemetery ton at Prairie Mound Cemetery in Solomon. He was a city councilman of Solomon for 8 years, on the Solomon Senior Center Council and church council. Bill is survived by his loving wife Lois of the home.

Four daughters: Jill Duhr (Craig) of Kansas City, Kansas; Jody Moser of Abilene; Deb Martson (Doug) of Chapman; and Jeanna Pohlman (Kevin) of Solomon. Three sons: Darren Seaman (Oscar Reyes) of Parkville, Missouri; Tony Coulter (Rhonda) of Cheney, Washington; Neal Coulter of Onaga, Kansas. One sister, Paula Hartman of Slaton, Texas.

12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Irene Jones. Funeral Services for Bill will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Yoked Presbyterian Church in Solomon with Pastor Ever Mudambanuki officiating and Pastor Amy Truhe co-officiating.

Burial will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery in Solomon. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5-7 P.M. at Carlson-Becker Funeral Home in Solomon. The family suggests memorials be given to the Solomon Senior Center or to Hospice of Dickinson County.
