Obituary for William David Collinsworth William David Collinsworth was born on December 1, 1949, a son to the late William and Lydia (Stricklin) Gray. William entered eternal life on January 3, 2019 at his residence having reached sixty-nine years of age. William will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his four children: William (Nicole) Collinsworth, Jeremy Breck, Jason (AC Walker) Collinsworth, and Kelley Collinsworth; brother, JR Collinsworth; sister, Edna (Bob) Gardner; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and mother of his children, Celena Collinsworth.

In addition to his parents, William is preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Mawrie Bergadine. A memorial service for William will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM, held at Frankclay Nazarene Church – 583 Grand Ave. , Park Hills, MO 63601.
