William E. “Bill” Foresman, 75, of Allenwood, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center where he had been residing the past two days. Born June 2, 1943 in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Robert Lawrence and Hazel M. (Lindenmuth) Foresman. His wife of 32 years, Sharon R. Foresman, preceded him in death on March 26, 2018.

He was a 1961 graduate of Warrior Run High School and was employed at West Company. He enjoyed baseball, hunting, fishing, bowling, and playing cards, and was a member of Hilltop Hunting Club. Surviving are two sons: Mark Foresman of Hughesville and Steven Ellis and his wife Heidi of Lock Haven; two daughters: Gayle Kiessling and her husband John of Muncy and Jennie Ellis of Middletown; three grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; a brother, John Foresman in Kentucky and a sister, Janice Langville of Milton.

Preceding him in death besides his wife was a sister, Dolores Foresman Jarrett. Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Brooks Funeral Home, 124 Main Street, Watsontown where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM with Pastor Sam Astin, Chaplain of the American Rescue Workers officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
