Obituary for William E. Smith William E. Smith, 58, of Branchland passed from this life on December 17, 2018. He was born January 14, 1960, a son of William F. and the late Goldie E. Lovejoy Smith. He was the father of Iona Smith, Melissa Manilla, Betty Smith, William E. Smith Jr. “Billy”, Joseph Smith “Joey” and Frank Manilla.

He was the brother of Anita, Robert, Veleria, Gregory “Buck”, Hiram “Timmy”, Jefferson and Peggy. Grandfather of sixteen and one on the way. In addition to his mother Goldie Ethel Lovejoy Smith, he was preceded in death by his brothers Robert Smith and Gregory (Buck) Smith; and son Frank Manilla.

There will be a memorial service 2 pm Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Franklin Cemetery, Branchland, WV. McGhee-Handley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of William E. Smith please visit our Sympathy Store.
