OBITUARY William Howard Moos September 14, 1947 – December 7, 2018 William Howard Moos, a resident of Mabank, Texas, entered into eternal rest on December 7, 2018 in Tyler, Texas at the age of 71 years. Bill was the first child of Howard and Willa Moos, born in Torrence, California on September 14, 1947. He was a graduate of Fort Davis High School and Howard Payne University.

After college, he received his commission in the United States Marine Corps where he served for three years. He then earned his Master’s Degree from Georgia Southern University. His working career was primarily in information technology.

He was also an educator in the public school system and at Dallas Baptist University. He had a wide variety of personal interests including amateur radio, aviation, and Christian apologetics. Among his areas of service were the operation of his church’s sound system and Sunday School Teacher.

Bill enjoyed the company of others and was always eager to visit with his friends and family members. He will be sadly missed by: Nell, his wife of 36 years. Sons Russel and Brian and their wives and by Nell’s children Kelly Schieffer and Jim Miles.

His ten grandchildren. Sister Linda Cox and her entire family. Sister Laura Agold and her entire family.
