Obituary for William K. “Doc” Gould William K. “Doc” Gould, 84 of Greenwich Twp. passed away early Friday morning July 20, 2018 in the Cumberland Manor. Born in Bridgeton on September 12, 1933, the youngest of five children born to the late Ferdinand Sr. and Clara (nee Carney) Gould, he was the husband of Cecilia (nee Spagnola) Gould and his first wife Sara (nee Mosley) Gould who passed in 1986.

Bill was raised on the family’s farm, and knew what hard work was about. He was employed for forty four and a half years with Woodruff Energy, working first on the farm, then in later years as a HVAC installer. He loved his job and took much pride in his work.

He still worked the family farm, until his health began to fail him recently. He loved farming and watching and nurturing things to grow. He enjoyed camping with his family, and he also loved music and singing.

He was a member of Heavens Saints Worship Center in Newport, and he loved his church. He often said, there were three things he held in his heart, God, Family, and Farming. He will be missed by many.

Surviving him is his wife Cecilia, his children Helen Hanes and fiancé Rudy Polen of Lower Alloway Creek, William K. Gould and his wife Debbie of Delaware, Steven Gould and Dianna of Greenwich, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Besides his parents and first wife Sara, he was predeceased by a son William “Billy” Durham, a granddaughter Chrissy Durham, and a great grandson Shukhi Kalotia, three brothers Joseph Gould Sr., Minus Gould, Ferdinand Gould Jr., and a sister Geraldine Pierce. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday July 28.

2018 at 12:00p.m. from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. at Carll’s Corner, Upper Deerfield Twp. A visitation will be held from 11:00a.m. till noon prior to the services.
