William Lee Rulo, 56, of Berger, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at his home. William was born in Washington, Missouri on October 30, 1961, a son of the late Clyde O. & Bertha M. (Dixon) Rulo. William proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He has worked for GDX, Sporlan Valve Company and Apperson Utilities. William is survived by a son, Wade Rulo & wife Chelsey, of Freeburg, Missouri; a step-daughter, Nikki Kupferschmidt & husband Justin, of St. Louis, Missouri; a brother, Terry Rulo & special friend Charisse Delaloye, of Stony Hill, Missouri; a sister, Loretta Skelton & husband Jim, of Osage Beach, Missouri; and by three grandchildren, Gracey, Kendal & Troy. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son Chad Rulo A private family service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be given to the family to help cover expenses. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
