William R. Pine Jr. “Billy” passed away February 6, 2019 peacefully in his sleep to be with his savior. Billy played ball on Toms River East Little League and Ocean Gate Little League where he would become an all star. He also played Pop Warner Football for Berkley Lords.

Billy was named Athlete of The Year in Ocean Gate Elementary School . . He was a member of ocean county karate club, where he would go on to win the A J Kim Tournament at Brookdale Community College.

He was a Island Heights Cub Scout moving up the ranks to become a Boy Scout. . Billy was always known as a great ball player and overall great Athlete.

He spent many years roofing side by side with his father. He also worked Security for several years. Billy was the kindest, gentlest person who loved the outdoors and animals.

He was Always so devoted to his parents, helping them out with whatever he could. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. William is survived by his parents Bill and JoAnne Pine, and his three sisters Jeneen, Michelle, and Valerie.

He is also survived by his biological daughter Melissa Lisa Pine Koempel and several nieces and nephews. Anthony Silvestri, Corey Acken, R.J. Silvestri, Ciara Pine, Amanda Silvestri, and Amy Conlan. Services will be under the supervision of “The Family Owned” Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals 412 Main St. Toms River NJ, 08753.
