William Robert “Toby” Lumsdon, Age 74, of the Clinton County Area, passed away Wednesday evening, May 30, 2018 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio. He was born October 5, 1943 in Brazil, Indiana, son of the late Gayle Kenneth & Dorothy Odetta (Stunkard) Lumsdon. A member of A US Air Force Vietnam War Era Veteran, Bill had been a heating and air conditioning technician.

Surviving are his daughter- Andrea (Philip) Combs of Scottsdale, AZ; grandson- Corbin Combs of Scottsdale, AZ; brother- Larry Lumsdon of Woodcrest, CA; sister- Betty (Larry) Thompson, Brazil, Indiana; and his good friend- Tammy Lynn (Martin Mider) Miller of Martinsville, OH. Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:30 AM, Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. Upon arrival to the cemetery, please follow the funeral procession signs to Shelter A. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
