Born Monday, August 20, 1956. Survivors include: Margaret Ray, Wife of Spencer Helen Frazier, Mother of Sparta Marsha Ray, Sister of Sparta Vickey Leslie (Chris) Daughter of Pinehurst, North Carolina Jessica Reinarts, Daughter of Cookeville Sarah Clark, Daughter of Sparta, TN.

Grand-children: Destiny, Addyson, Nolan, Demi, McCray, Wyatt Billy Ray, Nephew Preceded in death by the Mother of his children, Jennifer Ray and his Father William Walter Ray Sr. Funeral Services will be held at 6pm on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Tim Sharp officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4pm until time of the service at the funeral home. He was a NASCAR enthusiast, loved to hunt, enjoyed deep sea Fishing, and reading Westerns.
