OBITUARY Willie Juanita Dempsey August 22, 1927 – February 1, 2019 W. Juanita Dempsey, age 91, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019. She was a loving mother and grandmother who had retired from Houston Belt Terminal Railroad after over 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by husband, Oscar Dempsey and daughter, Ceil Shelton.

Survived by children, Connie Barrett, Steven Dempsey and wife Debbie, Richard Dempsey and wife Barbara, Cindy Schindewolf and husband Don, Alan Dempsey and wife Ginger, Brian Dempsey and wife Darlene, James Dempsey and wife Michelle, Darryl Dempsey and wife Milly, Valerie Blum and husband David, Lisa Vreeke and husband Stephen, and Johnny “her baby” Dempsey; 33 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister, Bonita McCan; and nephew, Steve McCan. Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. The Celebration of Life Service will then be at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven.

Entombment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
