Willie Mae Bailey Barbour, 95, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018. A native of Shelby County, Kentucky, she was born September 27, 1922 to the late William and Hallie Barbour Bailey. Willie Mae is survived by her children, Anita S. Grayson, Bradenton, FL, Donald (Karen) Carpenter, Shelbyville, and Ron (Katie) Carpenter, Frankfort; a daughter in law, Carol Wainscott Carpenter, OH; and numerous grandchildren and extended family members.
