Phyllis Webb Brown, 78, widow of Kenneth Brown, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018. She was born in London on March 12, 1940 to the late John Chestnut and Phoebe Jane Benge Webb. She worked as a cosmetologist with Mane Attractions and was a school bus driver in Franklin County for many years.

Phyllis attended 7th Street Baptist Church in Lexington. She is survived by her sons, Stanley “Pete” Brown, Lexington, James “Jim” Brown, Frankfort, and Kenneth Michael “Milky” Brown, Jeffersonville;… Read More » and her grandchildren, Cory and Lucas Brown. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Brown.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Pastor Ron Davis is officiating. Serving as casketbearers will be Craig Hendrickson, Lucas Brown, and Todd Blanton.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
