OBITUARY Willie Moses Esteve Sr. September 5, 1929 – November 21, 2018 Willie Moses Esteve Sr. passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Beloved husband of Nelda Toups Schieffler Esteve and the late Mabel Esteve. Father of Willie, Mark, and the late Dennis Esteve.

Step-father of Chris and Matt Schieffler. Brother of the late Ernest, Roland, Herman, Augustine “Junior”, Paul, Eddie, and Florence. Grandfather of 6 and step-grandfather of 6.

Great grandfather of 17. A native of Bayou Lafourche Labadieville and resident of Marrero. He was employed for over 40 years in the shipyard industry.

He had a lifelong love of fishing and hunting, and was an avid Saints fan. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Masses preferred. Express condolences at www.
