Willie Norman Edmonds , 70, formerly of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in Graham, North Carolina. He was born April 10, 1948, in Halifax County, Virginia to the late Albert Norman Edmonds and Cornelius Holt Edmonds. He committed his life to Christ in 1986 and enjoyed going to church.

Willie also loved to work on all kinds of cars and large machinery, and he enjoyed fishing. Mr. Edmonds is survived by his wife, Mozella King Edmonds; daughters, Sedella Barksdale (Herbert), Audrey Mitchell (Kim Brooks), Norma Jean Mitchell, Angela Freeman, Tonja Freeman, Precious Mitchell, Nadine Nally (Kevin), and Lenetta Loveless (Brian); sons, Rodney Coleman (Trevia), Willie Freeman (Elizabeth), Darryl Freeman, Jonathan Freeman (Michelle); sisters, Delores Ferrell (Gene)and Mary Frances Edmonds (Charlie); brother, Dean Edmonds; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The funeral will be held Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 2:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.

The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will be private. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
