Obituary PRINCEVILLE – Willis Albert Barrett, 98, of Toulon, formerly of Princeville, passed away at 9:55 a.m., Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Toulon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. He was born on December 20, 1919 in Jubilee Township to Walter R. and Laura J. (Worsfold) Barrett. Willis is survived by one sister, Martha Begner of Princeville and many nieces and nephews.
