Mrs. Willodean Sims, age 80, of Manor House, Boaz, Alabama died Sunday, July 22, 2018 at her residence. Service will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at eleven o’clock a.m. at the Chapel of McRae Funeral Home with Bro. John Robles officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Sims was born in Albertville, Alabama on April 25, 1938 to John L. & Bessie Lucille Garrison Childers.

She was a homemaker. Mrs. Sims is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-Law: David & Denise Sims of Boaz, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Deana & Ed Smith of Rainbow City and Debby & Randy Duncan of Boaz, 15 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren and a Brother: C. J. Childers of Tony. She was preceded in death her Husband: Addies “Dee” Sims.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Dobbs, Brad McClendon, Scotty Kilgo, Mike McCormick, Teddy Sims, and Eric Sims. Honorary Pallbearer will be Kevin Kilgo.
