Obituary for Wilma Ellen Trout Wilma Ellen Trout, 88, of Liberal, Missouri, and former resident of Girard, Kansas passed away October 28, 2018 at her home in Liberal. She was born December 26, 1929 in Pawnee Station, Kansas, the daughter of James and Helen (Ausemus) Russell. Wilma married George A. Trout on September 25, 1948 in Lucedale, Mississippi.

He preceded her in death. She worked as a Para Professional at Lamar School District. Survivors include; son; Dennis (Brenda) Trout of Midenmines, MO, 7 daughters; Belinda Sue (Ralph) Ghumm of Oronogo, MO, Tina (Frank) Cheney of Carl Junction, MO, Kim (Darrell) Spurling of Liberal, MO, Rebecca (William) Wheeler of Lamar, MO, Veronica (Eric) Winklepleck of Pittsburg, KS, Amber Trout of Liberal MO, Jessica (Scott) Townsend of Pittsburg, KS, sister Joann DeGarmo of Girard, KS, 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son; George Steven Trout, 3 sisters; Pearl Steffens, Maxine Kichler, Viola Boggs, 3 grandchildren; Jody Ghumm, Phillip Trout, Ashley Wheeler, and a great-grandchild; Autumn Cheney. Memorial services will be held at 2pm Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Friskel Funeral Home in Frontenac, KS. Condolences may be left at www.
