ST. PAUL, VIRGINIA – Wilma Kay Kiser, 70, died Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee after an eight year battle with C.O.P.D. .
She was born in Castlewood, Virginia; daughter of the late Clifton Helbert. She graduated from Castlewood High School and retired from WXLZ radio in Lebanon, Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Wallace Kiser; one daughter, Michelle Reed and husband, Stacy of Castlewood, Virginia; one son, Lee Ouellette and friend, Yvonne of Castlewood, Virginia; mother, Martha Helbert of Castlewood, Virginia; one sister, Gloria Meade and husband, Ronnie of Castlewood, Virginia; one brother, Justin Helbert and wife, Kathleen of Castlewood, Virginia; five grandchildren, Sean Ouellette, Tyler Ouellette, Shalee Ouellette, Davey Reed and Abigale Ouellette; one great grandchild, Bella Ouellette; two nephews, Jonathan Meade and Jason Helbert; and her cat companions, Lucky, Cinnamon, and Tash.
Funeral Services for Wilma Kay Kiser will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Leonard Ferguson officiating. Committal Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019 in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia.
Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Pallbearers will be Justin Helbert, Tyler Ouellette, Davey Reed, Jason Helbert, Anthony Stevens, Ronnie Meade and Larry Austin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nicky Zuber, Tommy Willis, Ryland Sutherland and Arnold Mullins.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place. , Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or the Margaret B.
