Wyquita Bland 51, of Kansas City, Mo passed away at home on May 03, 2019 surrounded by her husband and children. Wyquita was born February 14, 1968 to the union of Albert and Bobbie Williams. She is preceded in death by both her parents and a brother, Bardrez.

Wyquita attended the Kansas City, Missouri school district. She became a CNA worker for many years until being injured. At that time, she devoted herself to her children and husband.

Wyquita married the love of her life Darrell Bland February 15, 1990. Although, married in 1990 Wyquita and Darrell would start their love story at the tender age of 13 and 14. To that union they shared six wonderful children.

Wyquita loved being home, spending time with her family, dancing and going to the boat. She was such a joy to be around and would give to everyone. Wyquita leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Darrell Bland; sons, Darryl Williams (Marquis), Darrion Bland; daughters, Wyquita Bland, Laitoya Bland, Tanesha Bland and Aaliyah Bland; one sister Allisa Willis; four brothers, Lamont Williams, Landre Williams, Vershon Haywood and Danny Haywood; a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Watkins Heritage Chapel. Visitation 9:00 A.M. Interment Twelve Gates Memorial Gardens.
