Xhevat Licolli September 05, 1931 – March 02, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book Waterbury, CT Xhevat Licolli “Loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather” Xhevat Licolli, age 87, of Waterbury passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Athina (Argiriou) Licolli for 65 years. Xhevat was born on September 5, 1931 in Kuc I Zi, Korce, Albania, a son of the late Feim and Fatime (Demiraj) Licolli.

He worked for Scovill Manufacturing, Bozzuto’s and lastly for Pratt & Whitney before his retirement. He was a dedicated member of the Albanian Mosque on Raymond Street in Waterbury. Besides his wife of Waterbury, he leaves two daughters, Mevlude Boutote and her husband, Rick of Wolcott, Violetta Bojka and her husband, Pllumb of Cheshire, eight grandchildren, Sylvia, Ricky, Tatiana, Diana, Luan, Stacie, Melissa and Dakota and five great-grandchildren, Darius, Isaiah, Derek, Aidan and Sarah.

He also leaves one brother, Feim of Chicago, IL, one sister, Ferzileti of Italy and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Geraldine San Angelo, his brothers, Sami and Sulejman and sisters, Hairije and Enverije. Arrangements: Funeral Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT.

Burial will follow in New Pine Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
