Youra Belvamrood, age 93 passed away peacefully in his home on March 26, 2019 surrounded by his children. He was born on June 30, 1925 in Tehran, Iran to Johnathon and Sopia Ballo. He married his beloved wife Clara (Oshana) Belvamrood on December 19, 1962 in Iran.

Youra lived life to the fullest and loved spending his time with his family especially his grandchildren. In 2010 after 48 years of marriage Youra lost his beloved wife and managed to continue to live life to the fullest from a devoted church member to trips with the senior center to fishing and bowling. After nineteen years and three battles Youra fought his last fight against cancer.

He is survived by his son Henry Belvamrood, daughters Helen (Ernie) Di Cesare, Helene (Pete) Iasiello, his five grandchildren Vinny, Dante & Paige Di Cesare and Gianna, Sofia Iasiello as well as his sisters Shamerine (William) Joseph, Juliet (Avachiam) Iassyo, and Jenia, his brother Joe (Jenia) Ballo, his brother in law Arsen (Juliet) Oshana and many nieces and nephews. He is proceeded by his beloved wife Clara, his parents and his brother William and sister Nina. In lieu of flowers Youra’s family asks that donations in his memory be made to Jansen Hospice for all the help, support and love they not only gave to Youra but to his family as well.
