YVONNE’s Obituary Mrs. Yvonne Rachael Primus, 75, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2019 at her home in Vero Beach, Florida. She was born in Cacatara, Guyana and lived in Vero Beach coming from Orlando, Florida. Yvonne worked for Vitas Hospice and retired from the medical field as a Registered Nurse.

She volunteered at a Missionary in the Philippines, where she taught prayer at the local school. Yvonne also performed medical ministry in several townships in Jamaica. Yvonne attended the Bronx Community College where she earned her medical degree and graduated on the dean’s list with honors.

Survivors include husband Kenrick Primus; sons Ken Primus of Orlando, Fl. , Mark Primus of Rochester, Ny. , Sheldon Primus (Mariann) of Crestview, Fl.

; daughters Jacqueline Primus of New York, Ny. , Andrea Perez (Eric) of Sebastian, Fl. ; sister Shirley Thomas of Brooklyn, Ny.

; 11 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Joshua and Ethel Thomas and her brother Rupert Thomas. Memorial contributions may be made to her husband Kenrick Primus.
