ZANESVILLE Zella Warner, 71 passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 19, 1947 in Lenore, West Virginia to the late Dave Sheppard and Otelia Sheppard-White. She was employed at Union Tools and a member of North Terrace Church of Christ.

She is survived by her loving husband Gary Warner; four step children: Frank (Melissa) Combs, Molly (Dave) Schmude; Debbie Stemm and Dana (Cecilia) Warner; four sisters: Margie (Denver) Baisden; Joey (James) Williamson, Audrey (Charles) Newsome and Leta Gresham; a brother George (Virginia) Sheppard; special nieces and nephews: J.L. Williamson, Denver Baisden, Somer Baisden and Sally Noble. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters: Ruth York, Thelma Walker and Elizabeth Rambo. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care, especially Wendy, Julie, Deb and Tim.

Memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice, 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701. A celebration of life ceremony will be held from 6 to 8PM Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating.
